Cherry Bomb Chip Burger

Ingredients:
- 1 LB Ground Beef
- 2 T Multi-Tool Ultimate Blend Seasoning
- 1 Bag Kettle Cooked Potato Chips
- 4 oz Blue Cheese, crumbled
- 4 oz Cherry Bomb BBQ Sauce
- 4 Burger Buns
- 4 oz Havarti Cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Preheat griddle to 350 degrees.

Spread out the chips on a sheet tray lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle on the blue cheese crumbles. Bake in the oven for 5-8 minutes until the cheese starts to melt.

Remove from the oven and drizzle on the Cherry Bomb BBQ sauce. Carefully stir with a spatula until the chips are well coated.

Portion the ground beef into 8, 2 oz meatballs and head to the grill.

Place the meatballs on the griddle and then press until about ¼” thick.

Season with Multi-Tool Ultimate Blend and flip once caramelized.

Top with sliced Havarti and allow to cook for 2 minutes to melt the cheese.

Toast the burger buns if desired and then build your burgers.

Lay down your burgers on the bottom buns and then top with the blue cheese chips.

Add an extra drizzle of Cherry Bomb, top with your bun and enjoy!
